SUDHAYA: Dance in Poetry and Design [11.23-24]

Witness as the La Salle Dance Company – Contemporary fuses different art forms
into one spectacle in “SUDHAYA: Dance in Poetry and Design.”

Through dance and imagery, the La Salle Dance Company – Contemporary (LSDC-C)
in partnership with the Department of Literature of the De La Salle University (DLSU),
will stage a concert that will present the works of award-winning poets Dr. Marjorie
Evasco, Dr. Dinah Roma-Sianturi, Dr. Merlie Alunan, Mr. Alvin Pang and many more.

Choreographed and directed by Mr. Peter Alcedo, Jr. with professional production
and lighting design from veteran theater artists, guest dancers from the
LSDC-C Alumni and guest choreographers Mr. Dan Salvana, Jr. (Salvo Dance
Company in Davao), Ms. Elena Laniog (Airdance), Mr. Danny Marshall (Douglas
Nierras’ Powerdance), and Mr. Paolo Alcedo (Los Angeles Contemporary Dance
Company), “SUDHAYA” will be staged on November 23, 2012, 6:30 PM and
November 24, 2012, 7:00 PM at the Teresa Yuchengco Auditorium, DLSU.

Tickets are priced at P200 (balcony) and P250 (orchestra) with a special discount for
DLSU students.

      I hope they do but I think it’ll only be on for tonight and tomorrow night.
