Big day, big week to you!

Thank you very much for your interest in checking out our classes at BIG SHIFT DANKA [Dance And Kinetic Arts] Studios. From April 9 to 14, we will be conducting free sampling classes on the dance genre and fitness disciplines stated in the attached file.

Our free sampling classes is strictly invitational, by reservation only. Please treat this letter as our formal gesture of invitation to you to participate in our sampling activity. Let us know by responding to this email on or before April 4, Wednesday, of your preferred date, time and the corresponding dance or fitness class you want to try out. As soon as we receive your response, we will confirm right away if your preferred schedule is still open and that a slot is therefore reserved for you. Each participant is only allowed to attend a maximum of two [2] sampling classes but must be of different genre. However, we encourage you to advise us of at least four [4] preferred schedules from which we will choose two [2] for your free slots.

As we want you to experience utmost fun and comfort during your learning exercise with us, we are restricting participation to a few slots per class. We will not entertain walk-ins who are desirous to avail of any of our free sampling classes during our week-long demo period. It is therefore important that we receive your response on or before the prescribed date above. Proper dance attire is also required.

For the students or minors [18yo & below], we will need you to have the attached Consent Form signed by your parent or guardian and submitted to us on or before your confirmed sampling class date/s.

We have attached our rate cards too for our regular classes this summer 2012. We also have special 8/12/16/20-session discounted packages as well as premium package through Big Shift DANKA Club Membership which you may avail should you decide to enroll after your sampling class. Our dance and fitness sales consultants will just be in our studios should you wish to know more about our programs and promotions. Please feel free to approach them.
