Tricks – conditioning & strengthening exercises that will be helpful for stunts, flips & bboy powermoves.

Women’s Lab – for GIRLS & PINK at heart only. this class aims to make you better performers with the capital C! (Confidence)

Freestyle – anything goes, learn how to move with just you & the music
