Dance Manila

DANCELEBRATION is the longest running dance competition in Metro Manila. Now on its 23rd year, it has been successful in continuing to bring in dance groups from different educational institutions to compete for the coveted title. We’ve had more than 20 participating entries for the past two years and with both years resulting to a theater overflowing with audience for both high school and college categories.

As with the past Dancelebrations that represented different values and traditions of the human soul and character (i.e. DC20 for the celebration of dance, DC 21 with Superdancelebration for one’s strength and potential, and last year with a Celebration of Dreams in Dance called Dreamdancelebration), this year we are going to stage different versions and interpretations of the theme “Youth for Nation”.
