Just got this mail last night and thought that it’d be great to share it with you guys. A lot of people asked me things about WSB Groove Philippines and I really don’t know how and what to answer. The people of HoopzDreamz prolly is busy with things and they should’ve replied to your mails by now. If not, just read on. It should help a lot!

Good day!

HOOPDREAMZ Enterprises Pty Ltd in cooperation with GrooveTV and our local partner Break Free Entertainment Productions would like to invite your school/Group to take part on a major international event for the youth.

We produce an international dance competition called GROOVE.  GROOVE was established in Sydney Australia in 2002.  The event has now been famed in holding such competition across Asia, particularly in five major countries, including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan and the Philippines.

GROOVE attracts the best dancers across every major city not only in the Philippines but the rest of Asia. It showcases the extraordinary dancing talents of the youth as it celebrates their contribution to nation building.  It is famed for choosing and sending the best urban dance group contenders, including the “Philippine All Stars” (2006), “Xtatic” (2007) and “Exquizyth” (2008) to the annual World Hiphop Dance Championship.

Philippine participants from all over the country – NCR/ Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, chosen in several pre-qualifying events will now compete for the right of becoming the country’s representative in the international BATTLEGROUNDS CHAMPIONSHIP in Melbourne, Australia on November 29, 2009.

Below are the schedules of the Philippine Eliminations and Finals

Visayas Eliminations:                      Oct 3, 2009

Venue: TBA

Deadline of submission: Sept 19,2009

Mindanao Eliminations:                 Sept 26, 2009

Venue: YDC Gym, Pagadian City

Deadline of Submission: Sept 19, 2009

Luzon/NCR Eliminations:               October 16, 2009

Venue: Marquee Mall, Pampanga

Deadline: October 2, 2009

Finals                                                     October 23, 2009

Venue: Crossroads 77, Mother Ignacia St. Quezon City

In this regard, we would like to invite your school/ group to participate on the above mention dates.

Please submit the following requirements:

1. Completely filled out registration form
2. Group picture (3r))
3. Short write up/ profile of your group.
