‘Fit Test Challenge’
Eight crews will face our toughest physical challenge yet. Who will go hard? Who will go home? Each crew has to incorporate one demanding exercise into half of their routine in hopes of muscling out their competition.
Anyway, there were heaps of videos over in youtube last night but they end up getting slapped for copyright issues. This one here still remains and it was one of Quest’s dope routine.

<rant> I feel bad for Boxcuttuhz. Ring Master should’ve been in the bottom two not Team Millennia and Boxcuttuhz. They don’t freakin’ do hip hop dance choreography, they just twist their bones or something. </rant>

After a successful first dance class w/ Carlo and Ivon; We, BANDILA FUSION will continue what we have started.
We will conduct our second free dance class to our fellow ATENEANS! This is our way to give you back the support and we would like to share our talents with you. We are all excited to see you guys. =) God bless us all..=)

According to our survey, most of our students can most likely attend on Sundays. So, our classes will remain on Sundays, starting this week.
SWITCHMAS Holiday Workshop has ended. From now on, there will only be two (2) varying classes every Sunday (3-4:30pm and 4:30-6pm). Type of classes will be announced here on this site every week. So, kindly check our Announcement Board (Blog) regularly.
We would like to thank our students for their continuous support. See you guys this week! Here’s the schedule:

I got this email from Alisa Menell of DanceJam.com and I find it funny but the prize is really nice.
Dance Jam launched a contest, where the Grand Prize winner is sent to San Francisco for a private dance lesson with MC Hammer himself. To enter, just upload a video of yourself doing the Hammer Dance. Entries are judged based on creativity, dance skill, entertainment value and the popularity of the video. Finalists will be announced on February 5.
