This is pretty old news but I still find it pretty damn entertaining. This next few videos are from Mr. Byron F. Garcia. He’s the high-dude up there in a Cebu prison where he had the inmates perform dance routines. I never thought there’d be haters in his ways anyway, here’s the three most viewed over his page:
