Groove Manila Qualification Finals moved to Crossroads77
I just received an email from Groove Manila and it reads:
Mark your calendars on October 11 and make your way to the new venue CROSSROADS 77 CONVENARIUM in Mother Ignacia Ave corner Scout Reyes, QUEZON CITY. The move from Cuneta Astrodome has been made due to reasons beyond our management control. All tickets sold previously for the Philippine Finals will still be honoured and the seating arrangement will be followed.
The first WSB Philippine National Hip-Hop Dance Championship in the Philippines will bring together the elite dance groups from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. The CROSSROADS 77 Convenarium will dazzle the audience and compliment the high energy with the complete stage and lighting effect setup. For venue and map location, check out www. crossroads77. com (Go to Convenarium)
Street dance has long been the phrase that best describes the way Filipinos dance to r&b and hip-hop music. The talent oozing from every street corner and school yard is truly amazing. Thirty six dance groups are expected to participate in the National finals. The reigning world champions, the ALLSTARS, will come on board and join the credible list of industry judges. Filipino pride is on the line, witness the much anticipated battles between La Salle and Ateneo, UPLB and UP Manila, and more. Special guests include Brown Biscuit’s Lon & Konfuzed, Philippine Idol Winner Mau Marcelo, Sinosikat band and ABS CBN talents.
Championship ticket prices vary from P150, P300, P500 and P750. For more information, contact LYNNE on 09292539922. Check out the list of finalists. Who’s in, who’s out – visit WWW.GROOVETV.COM.AU
